Sell Ringtones — Terms of Service

These Terms apply to artists and rightsholders who submit audio to Ringtones.com for editing and distribution as ringtone products on our platform (the “Service”). By submitting assets and checking the consent box at checkout, you agree to these Terms.

• Audio (full tracks or already-edited ringtone files up to 30 seconds), cover art, and basic metadata.
• If your files are already ringtone-length (≤ 30s), you may submit those directly.
• Otherwise, Ringtones.com will create ringtone edits from your full tracks.

Once payment and all required assets are received, your ringtones are typically reviewed, edited (if needed), and published within 48 hours. This is a target window — not a guarantee — and may vary due to volume, quality checks, or clarifications needed.

You grant Ringtones.com a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, edit (as ringtones), display, list for sale, and deliver your ringtones to customers via our site. You retain ownership of your recordings and may distribute them elsewhere.

• You keep 95% of net sales revenue from your ringtone products on Ringtones.com.
• Ringtones.com retains a 5% maintenance fee.
• Reports and payments are made quarterly.
• Payouts are issued when your accrued earnings reach a $20 minimum threshold.

At checkout you select the number of ringtones you want us to launch. The service product’s unit price applies per ringtone. Any applicable taxes and payment processing fees are shown at checkout.

• You represent and warrant that you own (or control) all necessary rights in the audio and artwork you submit, including rights in any samples, and that your content is not infringing, unlawful, or misleading.
• You agree not to submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, pornographic, or otherwise violates applicable law.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ringtones.com from claims arising from your submitted content or breach of these Terms.

We may remove or suspend listings that violate these Terms or in response to credible infringement notices. You can request removal of your listings at any time; fulfillment of prior customer purchases may continue as required by law or customer rights.

We’ll contact you at the email you provide regarding edits, publishing status, reports, and payout details. Keep your contact information current.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” line above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes becomes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
