Our products are Digital Goods delivered via Email or Download Link at the time of purchase. We generally do not issue refunds. However, if you have changed your mind about a digital product and have not downloaded it yet downloaded it, please contact us to discuss a refund. If you believe that your Digital Download is corrupted or has specific technical flaws, please contact our customer support so that we can replace the file.
